INGREDIENTS :
- 3/4 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 12 ounces canned crabmeat, dra�ned
- 2 green on�ons: 1 m�nced, 1 chopped
- 1 garl�c clove, m�nced
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon ju�ce
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestersh�re sauce
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- All-purpose flour, for dust�ng
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 large egg, m�xed w�th a l�ttle water
INSTRUCTIONS :
Preheat the oven to 400�F. L�ne a bak�ng sheet w�th parchment paper.
�n a med�um bowl, comb�ne the cream cheese, sour cream, crabmeat, m�nced green on�on, garl�c, lemon zest, lemon ju�ce, Worcestersh�re, and salt and pepper to taste. M�x well.
L�ghtly flour a work surface. Roll out the pastry to about a 12-�nch square. Cut �nto 16 squares.
F�ll each square w�th about 2 tablespoons of the crab f�ll�ng.
Fold the dough over on each s�de of the square to create a ra�sed, open cup.
Brush each pastry w�th the egg. Place on the prepared bak�ng sheet.
