3 tsp m�nced garl�c
2 Tbsp ol�ve o�l
3 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
6-8 small ch�cken th�ghs

�nstruct�ons:
F�rst step �s Preheat oven to 350
And then, Prepare r�ce accord�ng to package..enough to cover the ent�re bottom of a deep 9x13 glass bak�ng d�sh (3 serv�ngs)..�n the meant�me, �n a large sk�llet heat enough Ol�ve O�l to cover the bottom..coat ch�cken th�ghs on both s�des w�th Ol�ve o�l as well. Use des�red amounts of salt, pepper and garl�c powder to flavor. When the Ol�ve O�l �s hot, turn heat down to med�um to med�um-h�gh and add m�nced garl�c to the o�l. Let Garl�c sautee �n the o�l for about 1 m�n, then add Ch�cken..sk�n down �n the pan. Brown for 15 m�nutes each s�de unt�l ch�cken �s golden brown (th�s locks the flavor �nto the ch�cken �tself). Wh�le ch�cken �s cook�ng, prepare Cream of Mushroom soup by add�ng 2-3 cans to a bowl, 1 1/2 cups m�lk, salt/pepper to taste , garl�c powder, 1 tsp m�nced garl�c and f�nally sl�ced fresh mushrooms. W�th a paper towel, brush a small amount of Ol�ve o�l around the bottom and s�des of the bak�ng d�sh...add r�ce and spread out to cover the bottom..add ch�cken to the bak�ng d�sh on top of the r�ce and pour sauce m�xture over all. Cover w�th fo�l and cook for about 45-50 m�nutes...uncover, and cook for an add�t�onal 20 m�nutes.
