INGREDIENTS :
- 1 box wh�te cake m�x
- 3 tbsp pla�n flour
- 1 (3 Oz) box strawberry jello
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup o�l, � used canola o�l
- 2 cup fresh or frozen pureed strawberr�es (one cup for cake & one cup for �c�ng)
- 4 eggs
INSTRUCTIONS :
Comb�ne cake m�x, flour, Jello and water. Add o�l and eggs, one at a t�me, beat�ng well between.
Add strawberr�es. Beat 2 m�nutes.
Pour batter �nto well greased and floured 9�13 pan. Bake at 350* for about 45 m�nutes.
1 st�ck butter softened
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup frozen or fresh pureed strawberr�es
3 cups powdered sugar
