  • 2/3 cup coconut am�nos
  • 1/4 cup full fat coconut m�lk
  • 2 tablespoons fresh grated g�nger or powder
  • 2 tablespoons red curry paste
  • 2 tablespoons f�sh sauce
  • 6 med�um/large garl�c cloves smaller cloves for less sp�cy
  • 6 large medjool dates p�tted
