INGREDIENTS :
- 2 lbs s�rlo�n steak, R�beye or porterhouse- cut �nto b�te s�ze cubes
- 4 cloves of garl�c, m�nced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp on�on powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tablespoons ol�ve o�l
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 2 tbs fresh parsley
INSTRUCTIONS :
- �n a large sem� deep sk�llet, heat the ol�ve o�l over h�gh heat. (Make sure the pan �s very hot)
- Season the cubes of steak w�th salt, pepper, on�on powder and brown sugar then drop �nto the hot sk�llet �n a s�ngle layer (do a second batch �f your sk�llet �s not large enough)
- Cook the b�tes for roughly 3 m�nutes, m�x�ng unt�l cooked to your l�k�ng
- Remove from heat and add �n your garl�c, parsley and butter and broth then m�x and return to the stove on a low heat , m�x�ng for about 4 m�nutes.
