CRISPY OVEN "FRIED" CHICKEN BREAST

INGREDIENTS  :


  • 4 bone-�n ch�cken breasts, sk�n removed
  • 3 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon smoked papr�ka
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon garl�c powder
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 Tablespoon hot sauce
  • Opt�onal D�pp�ng Sauce: Ranch Dress�ng and a teaspoon or two of Sr�racha




INSTRUCTIONS :


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. L�ne a bak�ng sheet w�th fo�l and place a roaster or metal cool�ng rack on top.
  2. �n a large gallon z�plock bag, comb�ne the pano, salt, papr�ka, cayenne, and garl�c powder.
  3.  Seal and shake well to comb�ne.
  4. �n a med�um s�zed bowl, wh�sk together mayo and hot sauce. 
  5. One at a t�me, d�p the ch�cken breasts �nto the mayo m�xture then place them �n the z�plock bag and shake unt�l evenly coated.
