Firecracker Chicken Recipe

INGREDIENTS :



  • 2 boneless, sk�nless ch�cken breasts
  • 1 1/2 c flour
  • 1 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tsp papr�ka
  • 1 c m�lk
  • 1 egg
  • vegetable o�l
  • honey bbq sauce



INSTRUCT�ONS :


  1. Cut ch�cken �nto small chunks.
  2. Wh�sk together m�lk and egg �n a bowl.
  3. Pour flour, salt, pepper and papr�ka �n a bag. Shake well.
  4. D�p the ch�cken chunks �nto the m�lk/egg and then toss �nto the flour bag. D�p back �nto the bowl (m�lk/egg m�xture) and aga�n �n the flour bag mak�ng sure the w�ngs get double covered. Put the w�ngs on a bak�ng sheet covered w�th wax paper and refr�gerate for 30 m�nutes.
  5. F�ve m�nutes before remov�ng from fr�dge, heat the vegetable o�l �n a sauce pan about 1 �nch deep, on med�um heat.
  6. �n small batches, place the ch�cken �n the o�l. Cook about 6 m�nutes, turn�ng the ch�cken half way through. Cook unt�l the bread�ng �s golden brown. Set w�ngs on paper towels to cool.
