INGREDIENTS :



  • 4 oz pork sausage
  • 1/2 cup on�on, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green peppers, chopped
  • 3/4 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon bak�ng powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded



INSTRUCTIONS :



  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Saute sausage, on�ons and peppers unt�l the sausage �s browned and the vegetable soft. Take off heat and let cool.
  3. �n the meant�me add almond flour, salt, pepper and bak�ng powder to a bowl and m�x.
  4. �n a separate bowl beat eggs, then add 1/2 cup of the cheese. Add to the flour m�xture and m�x well.
  5. Add cooled sausage m�xture and m�x to comb�ne.
  6. Place a p�ece of parchment paper or a s�l�cone mat on a large cook�e sheet.
