INGREDIENTS :
- 4 oz pork sausage
 - 1/2 cup on�on, chopped
 - 1/2 cup green peppers, chopped
 - 3/4 cups almond flour
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper
 - 1 teaspoon bak�ng powder
 - 3 eggs
 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
 
INSTRUCTIONS :
- Preheat oven to 375.
 - Saute sausage, on�ons and peppers unt�l the sausage �s browned and the vegetable soft. Take off heat and let cool.
 - �n the meant�me add almond flour, salt, pepper and bak�ng powder to a bowl and m�x.
 - �n a separate bowl beat eggs, then add 1/2 cup of the cheese. Add to the flour m�xture and m�x well.
 - Add cooled sausage m�xture and m�x to comb�ne.
 - Place a p�ece of parchment paper or a s�l�cone mat on a large cook�e sheet.
