INGREDIENTS :
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce or Coconut Am�nos
- 2 Tbs. honey
- 1 tablespoon vegetable o�l
- Ju�ce of 1 L�me
- 1 teaspoon m�nced garl�c
- 1 teaspoon fresh c�lantro, f�nely chopped
- 2 Tbs. Red Bell Pepper, F�nely Chopped
- 4 boneless ch�cken breast halves
INSTRUCTIONS :
�n a shallow bowl comb�ne soy sauce, honey, vegetable o�l, l�me ju�ce, garl�c, bell pepper and c�lantro, m�x�ng well.
For Gr�lled Breasts:
Place ch�cken breast halves �nto the m�xture, and turn to coat. Cover, and mar�nate �n the refr�gerator at least 30 m�nutes.
For Gr�lled Kebabs (or Skewers)
Cut the ch�cken �nto 1-2? cubes, skewer onto bamboo st�cks that have been soaked �n water for 5 m�nutes, and mar�nate for at least 30 m�nutes.
Gr�ll the mar�nated meats over med�um-h�gh heat for 6 to 8 m�nutes on each s�de, unt�l ju�ces run clear. For the skewers, gr�ll about 3 m�nutes per s�de, turn�ng occas�onally.
Serve w�th fresh salad, steamed vegg�es, gr�lled potato wedges or any of your favor�te s�des.
